How to level up in the game of business…

Several months back I fired a client and they decided to do a credit card claim against me for the last payment that was 3 months prior.
Weird, I know.
But when that happened I was in completely new territory. I had never been through a credit card dispute before.
And to be perfectly honest I don’t want to go through another one.
Anyway, the process for a cc dispute is to send the cc company evidence as to why they should award the judgment to you.
In other words, did I fulfill my end of the bargain?
