Recipe for a warm winter in Minnesota

Our house has been heated with wood solely for over 15 years.

Every October we spend a weekend and fill our front porch with wood leaving only a walkway to get to the front door.

This year is no exception.

We spent the weekend filling our porch with wood.

And as we’re throwing and stacking the wood I constantly tell myself I hate doing it.

I hate the cold.

I hate the drudgery.

I hate the splinters (yes, even through the gloves).

I hate the 5 billion pieces it takes to fill our porch.

BUT…

I love the heat it gives off.

I love the smell.

I love the feeling of just knowing we’re ready for long cold winters in Minnesota.

I love that when the porch empties its spring.

And if I would’ve quit or decided to not bring up wood I would’ve felt like crap in the middle of a snowstorm having to bring up wood, or our pipes freeze or worse having someone else go out and bring in wood because I didn’t want to prepare just a few months earlier.

Totally same thing with your business and just as important.

If you don’t do the hard things now it’ll be worse later.

The Social Media Audit special pricing ends in 45 minutes.

You can make it easy on yourself now or you can take the hard route later.

Choice is yours
