| Today I’ve spent hours commenting on a post I made this afternoon. A post that feels like it has taken years to get to and instantaneous at the same time. But before I get to the post I want to ask you a question… How do you get to one million in revenue? What does a person need to do to make a million dollars? Ok that was two but who’s counting? My answer… it’s somewhere between it’s complicated and that’s so simple. I’ll start with the complicated first. On one-hand, we delude ourselves into thinking it’s difficult to make a million dollars. We tell ourselves lies ALL. DAY. LONG. They did something special. They have the secret ingredient. They could afford the BEST coach. They must’ve slept their way to the top. It’s not really theirs. Whatever ‘story’ you tell yourself about how difficult it is to make a million dollars is a total lie. And you know it. Now we’ll move onto the “it’s so simple” theory. Here we simplify it soooo much that we become shallow thinkers. It’s so easy to make a million just create a great product or offer and run ads to it. Simple. It’s SOOOO easy…like hell it is! I’m not entirely sure how to become a millionaire as I’m not there yet… but I do know the only reason I got picked for the partnership was becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, believing in myself more than anyone around me, and doing the hard things. I stated my intent to become a millionaire in 2020 and I’m doing my best to get there before the year is done. Will I make it? Absolutely! Will it be hard work? Without a doubt!
